Dealing with Shelved was a breeze. I really enjoyed the design process and their customer service was top-notch. The only reason I’m not giving them a full 5 stars is that there were a few areas for improvement. First off, the courier they chose was pretty slow, and I had to follow up with them. Also, the finishing details on the cabinet I got aren’t quite right. The ends are left exposed, and on the white frame, it stands out; I would’ve preferred caps like the ones they provided to hide the screws. Plus, some of the label stickers were a bit of a pain to remove (they tore and left some residue), but they’re essential for the assembly, so they’re super useful!

Building it was straightforward, and the videos were helpful, but I’d say it might be a bit tricky if you’re new to flat packs or if you’ve designed something particularly complex. After I unboxed it, it took me a bit to wrap my head around the assembly, and I did make a few errors along the way. However, the end result looks fantastic, and I’m really happy with it.

I’d definitely suggest giving this company a try.

I’m thrilled with the final outcome - custom-made, functional, and stylish. I gotta admit, it was a bit tricky to assemble - I had to check out various videos for different parts. I ended up putting some bars on the wrong way and had to take it apart and start over. The final look is fantastic, but it would’ve been way simpler if, like my Tylko sideboard, I had detailed step-by-step instructions tailored to my design.

These shelves are top quality and quite easy to assemble. The instructions might seem a bit daunting initially, but they really do lay it all out in a clear, step-by-step manner.

The customer service is outstanding! I encountered a glitch in the 'Design your own' feature, which resulted in a couple of small pieces being left out. They shipped those out the same day and I got them the next.

I definitely recommend this for anyone in search of custom shelving that meets their specific requirements.

I really can't find anything to complain about regarding this company or the item! After I placed my order for the shelves/desk, I got regular updates via email about the status of my order. They even sent me the assembly instructions ahead of time, which was super helpful. The delivery came way ahead of schedule, and it arrived by 10am (that’s quite a trek from the north to the south of the country!). It took me about 2 and a half hours to assemble it solo (I bet others could whip it together quicker!). The craftsmanship and finish are of exceptional quality. This piece is definitely my favorite furniture item. Big thanks to Shelved! 😊

I'm really pleased with this item. I was on the hunt for a modular shelving unit that included a desk - Shelved's fully customizable setup let me create exactly what I needed when I was having a tough time finding something like this that wasn't overpriced designer stuff.

It's priced quite reasonably but the quality is top-notch. This system is really well thought out, providing solid shelving that’s not budging. The materials are lovely too.

Their assembly system requires a bit of brainpower to figure out, but once you get it, putting your piece together is super easy - way better than other flat-pack options!

The customer service is fantastic - our packages even had a couple of Haribo bags to munch on while we were assembling!

This is a really well-designed and versatile product. We were looking for an industrial-style unit, but it had to meet specific height and width requirements while providing just the right amount of storage. While browsing online for the right options, we stumbled upon Shelved. It’s not the most affordable choice, but it’s definitely worth it. I’d totally recommend it, and the customer service was excellent.

The Shelved unit showed up right on schedule, and everything was included.

I appreciated the note on the box that mentioned the legs (nice touch with the cheerful messages on all the boxes).

It was super helpful to have video instructions alongside the paper ones.

The finished product looks fantastic.

We set up and ordered our shelving unit online, thinking it would take about 3-4 weeks for delivery. To our surprise, it arrived in just 10 days, and what a piece it is! The quality of the engineering is top-notch (everything fit just right, no bending, twisting, or wobbling needed) and it looks amazing in our living room. Gotta mention, the packaging was first-rate too. Almost no plastic was used since everything came in cardboard with lots of padding to keep it secure during shipping. It did take a bit to put together (around 6 hours total), but it was totally worth it. The instructions are as detailed as they can be, considering the design changes each time. We absolutely love our new shelving unit and would highly recommend Shelved to anyone. Outstanding service all around.
